I take my meds at the same time everyday. I got up early today. I feel completely cranky while waiting for my med time to come around. 
At least when the abilify and L-theanine kick in I donāt feel cranky.
Iām amazed that weāre not cranky all the time given what we have to put up with.
Yesterday I had felt a little bit better, and I was about to post about it hereā¦ but today Iām back to square one. Life sucks.
It should be renamed āgood days and bad daysā disease.
I feel really bored and listless today. Canāt settle at all.

Am meeting my support worker for coffee later on. Weāre going to go for a walk but it looks like rain.
Thatāll be good. I used to have a support worker too ages ago and used to meet him for coffee. If it rains, just stay in the coffee place and have some extra coffee!
