I did mean le drugs yeah.
To be fair I don’t think I’d be alive if I didn’t have them as a coping mechanism back then.
And I think all the withdrawal and sleepless nights built character.
I don’t regret doing them one bit.
Im just glad it’s in the past now:)

Almost a year is a solid amount of time, well done @Catch22.

I have only managed a max of one month sober from food addiction. :s (whilst on meds)

So nearly a year is really good.
