That’s 300g short of a kg. I just want to lose 1kg a month. Well done turtle, that’s a great start.

Thanks @everhopeful! I wish I had’ve got that extra 300 grams because I made a contract with Mr Turtle that he would pay me $1 for every kilo lost.

It’s good to have a treat once in a while. It’s what makes a healthy diet sustainable. This weekend, I fully intend to exceed my caloric limit by a little bit. But only for the weekend, it’s okay to do.

It did! :smile: Plus I didn’t eat much for the rest of the day and so stuck to my daily calorie allowance. I had my cake and ate it. Or in this case, pizza!
