I have not had pizzas or kebabs for six months and I have been able to lose weight … I am close to my ideal weight … I do exercise a lot too …

Tomato sauce is made from tomatoes, and tomatoes are a fruit, so pizza is healthy.
The typical pizza: White flour, cheese and red meat? I can think of healthier things. But then again, I never was a healthy eater anyway.
