Are you an exercise addict

Are you one?

Sort of.

It might just be because I’m on holiday from work atm

We will see how much I do when I start work again this Thursday.

I’ve been going every day for a week since I joined.

But I’m planning to skip two days per week when I start work

Hopefully I won’t get withdrawal symptoms

So you exercise for hrs everyday?

No I’m not extreme like that. Usually 50 minutes per day. Sometimes if there’s a class I join that too.

Antipsychotics… You know… They stop me from excercising intensely.

I am sure thats not exercise addiction then. Before sz I used to exercise for hrs everyday, going to the gym twice everyday and then biking ourside. I was obsessed with my body as I wanted a 6 pack. I was 140lb.

Yea true.

I guess it’s an addiction in the sense that,

If I skip a day,

I feel shiit,

Apparently I need rest days

But I don’t even exercise intensely so am not sure.

Wow hours… That’s crazy… Did you exercise intensely all that time

Actually my Dr was mad at me saying its unhealthy to lose weight that fast. Funnily he said to eat more which he would never say now that I am 290lb because of sz and meds lol

No. I’ve learned that I pay for if I don’t let my body have a rest day between intense workouts. I do light exercise every day (mainly walking and cleaning), but you won’t catch me doing squats two days in a row.

No I can’t. I would get tired- my heart rate is already always too high.
