Do you feel like you’ve aged prematurely? and that life is really really really long?

I’m 52 too and doing good. Gave up the smokes and pretty much given up the booze and I’m fitter now in my fifties than I was in my 30’s when I drank and smoked and didn’t exercise.
It’s never too late to improve your lot. I started small with a simple goal of walking 10,000 steps. Took a while but little steps get you there in the end.
So no. I feel good for my age and besides time going ever so quickly I am what I am.

I feel my age. I do things that a 60 year old would do. My dad is 68 and im just like him.

Yea sometimes I feel completely spent.
As if life had nothing else to teach me, or to interest me in.
I’m in my late 30s. I only have a few grey hairs but inside I feel much older, although not wiser.
I miss my teen years, when I used to be able to really get enthusiastic about a topic.

Don’t feel prematurely aged, but I’m someone who has been told to expect a shorter than normal lifespan. I’m already well past my “best before” date and am now living in the equivalent of sudden death overtime. I feel some pressure to accomplish things I still need to do before I kick the bucket. Life is too short for my liking.

I feel young for my age
physically not 100% every day, but don’t feel nearly 50 (I’m 48)
I’m 35 and read male schizophrenics become 60 on average. So I’m in the second part of life.

I just saw female schizophrenics live nearly 7.5 years longer
leaves me with less than 20 years - I was thinking 30 if I was lucky but a long time ago I was told id live 20 or 30 years more at the most, which would really put me on borrowed time now
maybe I’ll prove them wrong

I’m 60 and have aged well even though I think of myself as still young…if I died that would be a young age to die…I think. I exercise now more and gave up the smokes so I feel like I still have a chance to grow old.

I have money in a retirement fund that I can only access when I become 65.
So I better beat the average.

I stand to inherit millions if I live long enough…makes me want to live longer…I would love to have it easy.

I’m 25 and feel 80. I shake like I’m 80 too. My apartment is my nursing home and my family takes care of me. Oh to be 25 again…
