I feel like if I was threatened to be beaten or worst killed, I think reporting to the police would be useless as they would interrogate me and call up psychiatric doctor for a assessment or even get invuluntary hospitalized as they would think I am making this up.

I was persecuted and beaten several times in my lifetime especially at school but nobody helped me
With hubby working for Dept of Corrections, if I call or he calls and says he’s Mr. 218 from OCI and there’s something at our address, they get here fast after that inmate went after our kid.
LEO and DOC work together for us. My MI doesn’t come into play.

I’m not going to the police for anything after how they handled my situation in Virginia a few years back.
For me police=hospital people.
But if I was beat up I may call the police out of fear.
Ive called the police many times in my own defense it’s a waste of time they always send me to the psych ward …

I was actually beaten once, I didn’t go for help, I thought it was my fault and I would get in trouble and get blamed. I was very young and on drugs. It’s funny what you twist your mind into thinking.
