I’m still in love with The Old Man and the Sea. Beautiful book.

I loved Old Man and the Sea…he is a very gifted writer…hate how he died though.

@anon1517417 that one is a lot of drinking, but yes, I read it too.

I went on a Hemingway binge almost 40 years ago, when I was in the army. The army is a good environment in which to read Hemingway. I might have to re-read some of his novels. It has been a long time, after all. I also like some of Hemingway’s short stories, especially “In Another Country”.
