I like my name. Gina. Other people seem to like it too. But people really 
the first half of my last name, which means amor. I chose it back in 2000. I wish I could unchoose it and go back to my Mexican maiden name.

My name is Pamela. I prefer being called by my full name, Pamela, but people will call me Pam. I hate being called Pam. It’d be nice to have had a name that people don’t already have a go to nickname for it.

True story:
Once, I was being checked into a jail holding cell during the last part of my one psychotic episode.
They asked what my name was. I told them, but I said I may go by Jack in here. They asked what last name. A bunch of names went through my head that seemed disasterous, such as ‘Epperson.’
I said. ‘I don’t know.’ They said, “He’s not stupid.”
