If you could pick a new real first name for yourself, what would it be?
I like my full first name and middle name, but not so much the shortened nickname.
I would choose something cool and different, like Liam.

I think that great care should usually be taken when choosing a new name.
I have blamed my one psychotic episode, in the past, on the fact that I started steaming lobsters to death for food customers just before that.
Sometimes, I’m not sure that was it.
A little over one year before my psychotic episode, I switched from using my first name “Clinton” to my middle name “Bruce.” It affected my personality so profoundly that one relative thought I had 2: personalities, Clint and Bruce.
In 2017, scientific evidence was released for a casual (edit) causal (/edit) relationship between given names and personality:
Between 2007, at the time of my episode, and 2012, Disney did establish both Clint and Bruce as 2 of the 6 original Avengers, so at least I have that! 
To answer your question, I guess if I had to change my name, I would go back to either “Clinton” or “Bruce.” I would hopefully have antipsychotics available, though.

Kind of like wearing nice clothes or relaxing sweats, both give a different feel.
From what I understand l, it’s why spiritual people change their name to reach the goal they are trying to achieve.

I’ve never been good at names or naming people. I have been called Scott by different people not known to each other in my life. I like that my name is Nordic. I’d probably pick something without an R sound since I had a speech impediment and couldn’t pronounce my r’s and s’s growing up.

I go by my middle name because of a bet between my dad and my uncle who would first be named bob…my cousin, Bobbi Kaye was named that a week before I was born by my uncle but to win the bet my dad named me Robert Michael, dangit…I hate going by my middle name…at the doctor’s office they always say my first name calling me…confusing.
