Are you taking your medication because if you are, the voices would stop.

i fear meds becoz of side effect but i try to comply as much as i can
It might not help for you but I suppose some advice based on what works for me would be to listen to your favorite songs, perhaps loudly. If your auditory hallucinations don’t interrupt music that is.
For me at least the best way to ignore command hallucinations is to hear a song I like and try to focus on the lyrics as if Im singing them from inside my head to drown out the voices.
Theres a few other things I do such as telling them their ideas are dumb inside my thoughts until they ‘give up’. Or becoming absorbed into a art project or a movie/video. Though they dont always work perfectly its atleast some ways to help.
Many schizophrenic users on this forum face the same dilemma which is to listen to those torturing voices or accept the side effects. Most of us schizophrenics accept the side effects and ingest our anti-psychotic medication.
