GBP 3450.00 is the total cost of the holiday.
But if I cannot go, then I will get at least some back. so I don’t feeel i have to push my recovery.

I am only covered for like £3,000 though and I think there is a £50 access fee so I’ll only get £2550 back orr something but I am feeling relaxed now…

the worst part is though that the next time i book a holiday my insurance will be more cos i cancelled due to health reasons…

I think it would cost a lot more if you went, were overwhelmed and had to go in hospital in a foreign country.

Yeah I know i do not want to be negative, but I have to think these things through far ahead of time… so I am prepared if I am not ok and I know what to do… probably best not to go until i am at least 90% ok.

Yea ish u can go after sometime when u are okay… i invite u to nepal its woderful country…u can go paragliding …there are a lot fun to do…hope u feel normal soon …!!!

I would have gone if I had family or a friend with me, but then again i do not want to ruin anyones holiday if i knew and went. but if i got ill there i’d be ok with the support around. but i’d be alone in China, not being able to speak the language in. I might be covered but it will push me into a worse state…

I felt guilty booking it it’s a lot of money. But I was the only one going so overall it was ok on the family. My bro goes way more holidays than I do.

I don’t. But if I don’t feel well by October it’s gonna have to happen. I can’t afford to get ill there.

I would not risk going on a trip if I were to get ill. Perhaps next year you can go. (北京) Beijing, (上海) Shanghai, (广州) Guangzhou, (深圳) Shenzhen & (香港) Hong Kong will still be there. Besides, you’re young and can go when you’re older.

If you think there is a chance of illness, why don’t you start medication from now? You have 2 -3 month still

Am waiting for pdoc to write to gp so I can get prescription and start. Might be able to go if I’m well enough :slight_smile:

I lived in China for several years. I might return for work teaching, but I don’t really want to, it’s just that I’ve been doing nothing this past year.

Aw I hope you go. It’s really fun with the bath houses with buffets and knockoff stuff to buy. I go in October. Your health comes first tho, good luck.
