I know I can be a morning person if I start waking up consistently but I have trouble actuallly sticking to most routine I set. But they help me thrive at the same time. I’d like to wake up and exercise, shower, do makeup and hair, start my day. I’m going to push myself to try

I like routine. I have sorta a routine. I wake up around 10am. Drink. Monster energy drink and vape. Feed my dogs. Then go on the internet or watch tv. Then watch a youtuber live @3pm. Then ive been building on a lego kit. And watching tv. Feed my dogs again at 6. Then watch tv with my mom til 10 or 11pm. Then go to bed at midnight.
Why not make a daily goal list? I have a long list of things I try to do every day. There’s short 5 minute tasks like brushing teeth, stretching etc. And then there’s 1 hour “main goals” like working out, making music etc. Anyways just an idea. Best of luck!
