I’ve been waking up a 8am for a couple weeks and am in bed by 10pm. I used to not like mornings but there not so bad. I find I get a bit more done, when I wake up early.
so at night I’ve been going into my bedroom and watching a movie at like 8pm. with the hope that im asleep by 10. but I think the movies are too stimulating and keep my thoughts racing and I don’t fall asleep as fast. so I think I may just stop watching a movie at night, but when basketball season gets here i’ll probably watch a game before bed… not much to think about when it comes to basketball, so I don’t think it will keep me up.
can’t wait til tomorrow morning, it’s going to be our first day of cooler weather. I will probably go for a jog before breakfast.
I used to dislike mornings, because I’d feel sluggish, but now with coffee, I love waking up early and getting things done. It’s the best time of the day for me, because I have the whole day to look forward to, not like evenings when I think “another day wasted”.
Yeah works for me. I usually go to bed by 6-7pm and read/listen to the radio. My alarm is set to 5am and usually I’m awake before that. Probably get out of bed most days around 4am.
Mornings are great. I’m alone for a while. It’s so peaceful before the sun comes up. Not even the birds are awake and then when you see the first light it’s magical.
No matter what you do…do it regularly. I find routine awesome for sz especially if you take meds the same time everyday give or take. You really do get into a positive routine.
