I want to walk at dawn everyday. I have dinner usually at five p.m. I practice guitar at seven a.m… And I don’t practice guitar or mandolin for more than 25 minutes.
I get up around 6am lay out my meds, go make coffee, and turn on the news until I wake up. I watch the news again at 5 take meds and watch something till I fall asleep.
I usually have a routine but it changes. Right now my routine has been wake up, coffee, go for walk, workout for a few hours, then later in the day do whatever else. Morning afternoon routine I guess.
I wake up and check my email then this forum

I start off by taking my dog out for a wee.
Then I exercise and then I have breakfast and coffee.
I eat dinner at 4 pm and I go to bed 5 pm but I am trying to make it 7 pm but it’s difficult some days.
I missed a day of exercise last week because I was frustrated that I’m the same weight when I exercise as when I don’t exercise.
But it’s good for my mental health to exercise.
Unfortunately it makes no difference to my body or the way my body looks.
I have muscles but you can’t see them because of the fat.
