Some of you may remember I recently tried a slow reduction of my seroquel with the aim of replacing it with latuda. I failed. I think the withdrawal period was too protracted. I think I would rather do it quickly and cross titration the latuda.
Problem is I am also on depixol depot. This could potentially mean being on a period of three APs at the same time. Am pretty sure this could be dangerous.
My idea is to maybe come off the depot first meaning I would only be on seroquel when the latuda is added. This would likely be easier on my body.
Am on a fairly modest dose of the depot anyway and it became clear during my seroquel withdrawal it is the seroquel that is doing the meat of the work. The depot is just gravy.
Thoughts?
