I wish I could live alone one day

What about you? Do u live alone?

Nope, sure don’t. likely will when parents die though. Hopefully this will be a long time in the future.

Yea I do sort of live alone. In a big house with the landlady and a few other ladies. It’s pretty chill.

I have lived alone, but not for the past 22ish years. Married.

Alone was okay. In a relationship is more than okay.

Ive been living alone since may 2020 and have periodicially in the past. I do like it but i also hate it sometimes. It gets lonely especially when yoy have serious mental illness on top of autism and dont have many friends and loneliness drives you to bad thoughts sometimes. So might want to consider it may not be a great option for you

I used to live alone pre-illness. I could do it again but I’m not very happy at the prospect. Although intense human interaction and especially large groups of people wears me down quickly, I’m ok with a small number of friends or family sharing a roof with me.

I used to live alone until my dad asked me to move in. I wonder about that decision but even with his girlfriend here he needs my help a lot.

Living alone is okay though.

Lived alone for 20 years, apart from the odd bloke or woman that’s moved in, and inevitably ended in disaster.

I simply can’t manage my illness and someone else at the same time anymore.

I’ve lived alone and just spent the majority of time in bed.

Not sure who you live with but maybe you have some friends that are going on a weekend trip or something for a few days and you could house sit for them. It gives you a couple days alone and if its too much you can go home.

I lived alone for the last 20 years or so. I don’t think it’s grand living alone, although it’s nice to have a privacy to deal with the illness and the fact that it’s hard to be social much. But on the other hand it’s easy to spend too much time alone unless you push yourself. Ideally I would have wanted to live with a close friend or a gf.

Right now I’m between apartments and living with my parents. I think it’s nice to not live alone.

I live alone. Would like to have had a partner instead, on your own is anxiety and difficult to pass time
