I haven’t gotten it yet, that I know of.
I contracted it when i got my second post pandemic office job.
I think I have gotten it twice. But only once I’ve done a PCR test and tested positive. So, I voted once.
I have it now. I put off getting 2nd booster for a bit out of inconvenience. This is something I will definitely not let happen again. I risked getting sicker than I needed to be because of inconvenience. I have every intent of getting additional shots as soon as possible from now on.
The more I read on it since being sick, the more the thought of getting additional infections is not agreeable to me as the potential for damage seems to be quite incremental , in severe cases, particularly.
Ive never had covid but my step brother has had it 4 times
I dont know if I ever got it. I never had to test. I am also unvacinated. When I get the cold it only lasted 1 night.
If I have had it I don’t know about it
Had the vaccines but there is new info on side effects coming out of Israel that is concerning
Side effects of the vaccines or having covid?
The vaccines
Specifically Pfizer
There was a leaked zoom call from the researchers where they talked a lot about the legal implications
The Ministry of Health in Israel watered down the report
I have to get tested regularly for work, so more likely it will b detected.
Well…I don’t doubt that it would be better to not have to have vaccines if they werent necessary. Every time you use a medication or vaccine you know you are taking a chance that they will give you side effects. It’s the same risk I am taking with Paxlovid. You have to determine what is more likely to cause you more risk of damage. I don’t know the specifics of what you are talking about, but everything I have seen to this point, points to the potential damage from a severe covid infection being more potent than any side effects from the vaccines or paxlovid in most cases.
Everything involves risk though.
This was a snippet of a larger piece on their discussion
I’ll be honest with you, I’m a little mentally slow atm related to COvid brain fog, but I am all for complete transparency of side effects. I just still feel that taking the vaccines is almost surely better in the long run than taking the chance of contracting a severe case of covid and having it do untold damage to your organs and such.
I am pro vaccinations but they need to be honest with us about the risks
I don’t disagree
No I’m low risk only see a couple of people, I’m triple vax but I think I’ll stop at that
Obviously your choice, but I wouldn’t take that for granted. I mostly was only seeing my Dad, my mom and my guitar instructor regularly. I still managed to get it because my dad brought it home. If anyone in your circle of contacts has exposure to the outside world, their exposure may come back to haunt you.
I’ve always been sick from the vax that’s why I’m shy about a 4th
