Stay away from steroids. They’re not good for you. And remember, body building is a marathon, not a sprint. Don’t wear out your motivation by starting out too hard. 
Fully agree! Steroids are bad and will mess you up. Not worth it at all.
I have trainer for 3 days left. So i have program 3 day. I need to stronger my lower back ofcourse and upper and do abs. And fix my posture , was in gym two months ago for one month. Dont want motivation to stop me

Yes thanks for insights. I will not do steroids or other supplements like amino acids or protein maybe if i go for 6 moths try protein. When i get better

He takes roids though. At least he’s honest, but there are a lot of natural youtubers that give good advice.
Protein shakes are perfectly fine to take, it’s just an easy way to get more protein in your diet.
I like Lee priest too. I recommend these guys cause they give good workout advice that can be used by anyone, not just the juicers. I don’t see them promoting steroids even though they talk about it
They do give good advice, I’d just rather take advice from people not taking steroids.
keep in mind that Bodybuilders not on roids tend to do better on full body workouts, not splits, even though most do splits. All old school bodybuilders before the steroid era used full body workouts and that changed quickly when steroids came along.
This is because muscles of a natural lifter recover fully in 2 days. So when we do splits we hit each muscle every 7 days, but they were recovered and ready to be hit again after the first 2 days. Full body workouts take advantage of this by hitting every muscle 2-3 times per week with a 2 or so days rest in between. Check out mindpumpsal on instagram for some good info on thIs topic.

Also, you can build muscle without carbs, contrary to to mainstream belief in the fitness world, that is if they are problematic for you in terms of fat gain and health (blood sugar and cholesterol). Darthluiggi on instagram is a good example of great results without any carbs.
I’m testing out doing 1 set of each exercise everyday. It’s quick and it’s supposed to turn on the muscle building chemicals in your body. With 1 set only you don’t get sore and it’s a quick workout too
Nice… that’s probably the best way to get into the habit - doing it everyday. You have a home gym?
