You need to be either very active and lively (very hard with alogia, negs and sedative meds) or a progamer (again very hard with sedative meds and cognitive symptoms).

There are streamers that do things in complete silence

Yeah some funny commentary can help but it’s far from impossible for a sz to stream.

Stick with it, many streamers I watch have been doing it for years before they got views and subs/followers.
