last night I went out to a Christmas dinner with the folk from the charity shop. I have not been out in the evening for years and years. it went OK. but I started to hear voices elsewhere in the pub and it felt uncomfortable and stopped me being able to relax and talk to people. having said that I am glad that I managed it.
