The APs makes me sleep 12 hours when I don’t have an alarm. I’m tired of sleeping so long and not having a routine. If I set an alarm and get 8-9 hours of sleep instead of 12, is that a good idea?
If you can stick to it. And your body gets used to it. This is a good idea in my opinion, ive never tried setting an alarm because ive been bogged down by medical terminology so much that it all feels out of my control.
I say try it. Don’t get beaten by scares that it will not work. That makes you a winner in my eyes
I would love to sleep 12 hours.
I love sleeping.
I have insomnia and was averaging three hours.not enough.
Imovane helps sometimes thankfully.
Maybe talk to your dr about it.
Im with you,im lucky if I get 4 hours a night. I wish I had the problem of sleeping more.
I slept 12-14 hours on clozapine but since my pdoc put me on Vraylar I’ve been sleeping 6-7 hours. I honestly have a hard time figuring what to do with myself those extra 6 hours…but I like it better than oversleeping cuz I don’t feel like such a fat slug.
How much vraylar are you on? What’s your dosage?
4.5 mg and I’m on 200 mg clozapine.
The first day of sleeping 9 hours instead of 12-13 was a success, I’m gonna continue.
