Normies need 7-9 hours of sleep. What about us?
I sleep 7-8. I’m older and that may be a reason but I used to sleep 10 on the same dose. Added regular exercise and I sleep 8 max. Sometimes I have a twenty minute nap through the day so you can add that on but that was the simple thing that changed me sleeping lots.
8-11 is what i usually get, the hard part is going to sleep at a reasonable time
3 - 4 hrs for me. Combo of bad back, bad dreams, and middle age.

I used to sleep 16 hours on clozapine. Then I went to 12-13 hours on Invega. Now I’m still on Invega but I force myself to get up at 7:40, so I sleep around 9 hours. I have a bit bigger eye bags now, but for the rest I’m fine.
Set an alarm and force yourself into a routine. I get up at 5am everyday. I’m usually up before the alarm. I go to bed from 6-8 pm but read for a while so it differs everyday but getting up isn’t a change. It’s up no matter what even if I need a nap later.
11 hours at night, maybe 2 hours in the afternoon
dang, it sucks when your back hurts even in what should be the most relaxed state

I don’t get much sleep. About 6 hours a night. I would sleep longer but qwertle gets me up very early.
I’ve taken APs that have made me sleep all day and all night. It was so hard to keep my eyes open.
Now I’m on Haldol and I get around 8 hours of sleep. I wake up in the middle of the night every day for a couple hours. Then I go back sleep for a few hours. I’m total, I get about 8 hours
I usually need about 10 to feel good. I haven’t been getting that lately, which is probably why I feel lousy.
I need 8 hours to feel good. Used to be like a zombie with 200 MG of quetiapin and 10 hours of sleep. Now when I’m on 25 mg I feel much better and nerd much less sleep
I need 9.5 hours of sleep every night to feel good. And more is better than less for me.
I have difficulty falling asleep but when I finally do fall asleep I sleep around 6 hours.
I sleep around 12 hours which is a lot
