It’s an achievable goal but I would rather suggest 2.5lbs a week or 10 pounds a month as you’ll be craving for food and needing rest after exercise.

Good luck brother go for it. The key I think is consistency in meals.
Just eat watermelon for a month… you’d probably lose 40 lbs
