But do talk to ur pdoc about ur concerns and see what they say

Very true, I guess I’m hoping too much that lowering the dose will fix my problem that I lose sight of the illness’s side effects on me to begin with. Thanks anyway

Your pdoc knows your situation better than me.
They might suggest or approve 2.5mg in the future.
Or u may be one of the few who do well on a standard dose of abilify.
But yeh side effects are a real f u c king pain aren’t they

I was told 10mg is the minimum for mania/psychosis but i could try 5 if i want. It says 5 is more for depression. At 10mg its a bit sedating and restlessness.

Yeah side effects suck a s s. But tbh its a mystery for where they come from. Its tiring trying to figure it out so sometimes I just roll with it.
I think my doctor plans to eventually taper me off the antipsychotics altogether but thats provided that I have no psychotic symptoms.
