I asked my gp to refer me to this new place for an assessment for autism they said they’ve done it but. the new place hasn’t even received the referral… I’ve been waiting 3 years and just feel I’m getting nowhere. I’m going private as I have some savings.

I thought going private would cost thousands.
Can’t you just pay a lawyer to write a threatening letter. Here that costs about 150€. Way cheaper and maybe as effective.

It would cost just under £2000 which I have managed to save for a few months.

Maybe you even can get free legal advice if you’re low income.
If you want something done sometimes you have to stand up.
