Instead of being all awkward and say when I call up the pharmacy “ughhh. This is ______”. She knows me by my name. Well the lady is Indian and has a non American name and felt uncomfortable saying It. I decide to call her by her name now. It means I am in full adult form I feel because I feel comfortable calling her by her first name. “Hey s*****, this is Jon ____ how are you?!?!!?” I will do from now on because I feel comfortable calling her by her name now. Does that make sense? Can you relate??
It makes sense. 1515
Make sense…!!!
Can I say" This is the way"? Yes, it is good that you do it with proper greeting.
I have a hard time calling non family members by their names.
I’ve always had this problem.
I’m going to try to make a bigger effort calling people by their names.
You have inspired me @Jonnybegood!
Ya I used to always show my debit card at the bank… Now they’ve established its a little rude so customer have to memorize their account number. But they gave me a really easy number to remember. They seem to remember me by face anyway so its not like a security threat. I can’t Remember names worth he’ll so at least now I have something to say rather than being that strange quiet guy.
