I think its the illness making me feel that way. Not the meds

But I’ve learned that it’s important to not let the diagnosis take over my life as it’s a part of me but its not the whole part

After decades of being on Risperdal and Depakote I’m finally getting used to the side effects.
I need to be on meds.
Off meds I go nuts!

For me it’s near a decade. But even with medication, I can go psychotic. Meds make me so tired
