I’ve been sleeping until

Almost 11 am everyday lately. I don’t stay up all that late. I feel like I’m so lazy.

Next week I have an appointment at 10 am with my therapist. I hope I don’t have a hard time waking up with my alarm.

I honestly feel so tired when I wake up earlier I end up falling right back to sleep

You could try setting two alarms, 5 minutes apart, to ensure that you wake up on time.

Good thinking. I can set my phone alarm clock and my old school alarm. I just hope I’m alert enough for the appointment.

I just slept from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. I don’t feel bad, so I’ll probably stay up.

I just woke up; 5:50 and I feel rested so now idk what to do anymore. I just deactivated my Instagram yesterday so now idk what normal life is like. Lol
