I was up early too. 4:30am. My alarm is set for 5am but if I wake up I just get up sometimes! I did have a nap after my second breakfast for 20 minutes though 
I woke up at 7 this morning
5.30, laid in bed till 6 then walked my dog
I woke up at 3:40 am
7:20 a.m. I made up my mind to wake up early and kinda made it.
A bit tired but feel okay 
I hope to make my life a little challenging to motivate myself.
Fell asleep at 6:30 am and was woken up at 9:15am. I am way overtired.
Got to bed at 0.30, woke up at 3, 4, 5, and 5.30.
Gave up and made some tea instead.
