It seems one can dislike someone yet love them…
Such as not liking their behaviour and attitude etc and even not wanting anything to do with them yet still have a love for them and everyone even those hating on you…

I have a confliction in my head whether I still have their best interest at heart 
yet dislike them or whether I wish them harm how they harmed me and it will teach them a lesson.
What do u mean by still have a love for them?
yeah what was I thinking it’s not realistic to like everybody. sorry about that. it sounds like a nice theory but it isn’t reality.

I also used to think this. Now my reasoning is that while I may not have to like everyone, I can certainly try my best to be kind to everyone.

I like what you said too but I honestly don’t know how to like someone who unapologetically treats me like rubbish again and again. I guess it’s like self defense for me to not like them.

yeah I understand @anon90843118. if you read my second reply, after thinking about it, I took it back. it’s a nice idea but probably not realistic.

I’m in a cricket club of like 70 members. I’ve found you can’t like everyone and not everyone is going to like you. It’s just how we interact so it’s nothing to be too concerned about. I’ve wasted a lot of time in the past on people who weren’t worth it. I’m glad I learned that lesson. Spend time on those worthy of your time!
