I try to bury negative thoughts

the most important thing is staying alive, and trying to improve your health.
I had the feeling that I don’t want to live anymore, but hopefully it passed.
My life is difficult, but, I still want to live for as long as possible, and even to try to improve my health.
My advice is, even if life is difficult don’t give up on it.
We are here already and, and one day the situation might improve.
Even if the situation doesn’t improve, we carry on to the bitter end.

I have been doing the same lately. I feel that’s the best thing to do if you’re depressed. Distract distract distract until the episode passes. Always keep your mind busy and focused on something.

Me too i try to do the same but i have very strong bad obsessive thoughts. I have them since too much time and idk when theyll be relieved? Distracting, is it works for you really for you who havent it so bad as me?

Anna1, I also get negative thoughts all the time. I quickly dismiss them and replace them with good thoughts. Also, focusing on doing something you enjoy will help tremendously.
