I try to appreciate what i can

i am not alone. i have family and acquaintances. i have a synagogue to go to that i like.

i have a job that has meaningfulness. i have what i need plus.

so why does my mind harp on the negatives as if that will solve anything?

i hope i can stop all my negative thinking.

just thought i would share.

Yeah it’s the way to be but look at your diet and exercise.

Mental illness and sz is a lot to take on but real gains are in former. It’s hard work and it really is if your working and doing life but it’s worthwhile exploring. So many strange things happening in treatment these days if you look at it but it’s not give up your meds rubbish…it’s supplementing your medical treatment and looking to improve.

I can honestly say it’s something you might gain from so explore your options and your doing gangbusters and well done to you! You deserve to take some credit for doing what you do.
