Everyone’s different. No one can say for sure if things will get better for any one person. I wish you all the best though. 
My condition is slowly getting worse, but that doesn’t mean that the SZ will get worse for everyone. Some people get a bit better. They might make more effective drugs in the future.
Ive had a pretty up and down journey so far with sz. But im getting to a pretty good place mentally lately. Staying stable on a low dose of meds for a while which is good.
Hope you too find a good level of quality of life. Dont ever give up.
