They just cost $1.25 for each bottle, so I am going to try eating something when I take them. These protein drinks have 30 mg of protein in a 140 calorie shake. I probably need to eat something when I drink them to keep them from going straight through me.

No need really. If you want something slow digest you can do casein tho… But you don’t need to eat anything with them
Yeah, they are the cheapest source of protein imo
