I’m OBSESSED with them. I can’t move on because i feel they will pull me back if/when I start to hear them again

I tried three different AP in that period then I tried risperidone 4mg reduced them to low tone but then they came back BAD so I increase to 6mg and they stop

Maybe it’s permanent. You are voice free. Don’t worry or obsess and ruminate.

They are too convincing and I believe 100% that they are real. They threatened me with insanity this year so I think I’m obsessed with that and ending up back in hospital
