I think my paranoia is linked to anxiety and depression

I think it’s triggered in times of extreme stress and depression. One time 5 years ago when I was dating , the guy had put a tracker on my phone. When we ended it I got paranoid and a friend who said she’d be there for me no matter what stopped talking to me. Yet she posted posts online about mental health online constantly. I say good riddance to them friends.

Imo and experience, my paranoia caused my anxiety. Once I got rid of the paranoia, no more anxiety. Thats my own experience on myself though and we’re all different.

I was gullible and I accepted a request for him to track one day when I got lost…

I get anxious a lot of times as a result of paranoia. The two are often intertwined. Of course I get anxious without paranoia. I also get paranoid without anxiety.
