Well save something for your Christmas speech ![]()
its ok man, I understand. Mortality either rocks you, or spurs you on. It’s very individual. We love ya!
I think you’ve done more than most battling this illness your entire adult life. Not an easy road, so that’s something to be proud of.
I also find you to be a very kind and level headed person on this forum, for what it’s worth. Also something to be proud of in this day and age.
My great grandmother said she could go “any day now” for over 20 years before she passed at 104. You just never know. I’m not telling you how to live your life, just saying you might have more than you realize.
I think a lot of longevity is related to genetics not necessarily disease conditions because everyone gets ailments as they get older, it’s part of aging. You could argue good genetics no disease but that’s rare. My grandma lived till her early 90s and died of sepsis. She got it because she had gallstones and chose to not get them removed. Her sister lived to 96 and she was miserable her whole life. Every year she claimed she was dying of something. I thought I was gonna die at 18 because I was in a gang and grew up in a bad neighborhood. I’m 45. I’m not scared to die. I know what it feels like to die. You feel a pain and then lose consciousness. A lot of times when you die from old age your body prepares for death and everything shuts down. You’re then a vegetable for a week then you lose consciousness. It’s nothing to be scared of. I wouldn’t be scared of getting older. Your mind is too caught up in abstractions. Live in the moment. Enjoy today and stop trying to control life by guessing your death. Things are gonna happen the way they happen. Hope you feel better soon and get over this fixation. Good things.
I think you could exercise 2-3 minutes every hour and that would be fine…but I am not the experts.
My grandma has sz and never exercises and is overweight yet shes 75
My doctors always tell me to break up the larger times into smaller, more manageable ones. It might not get my heart rate up, but it gets me moving.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re worried. I think that when time passes you by and you lose interest in life is also a symptom of schizophrenia, a negative symptom. Your DNA counts for a lot. I love a simple life but wouldn’t consider it winding down to death! Also, if you are really bothered by your diet then you are always able to take up nutrition and you could always start exercising… it’s never too late!
You’ve got a good doctor,by the sound of things.
Brb dont wana waste time LOL
Feeling defeated can suck.
If one fought so hard and wonders what ond has to show for it .
Maybe better quality of life can happen for us miraculously
.with real bods.

I’ve been through enough death with my family. And death will never take any dignity from any of us. And no day will take any dignity from me. No reasoning, comparisons intelligence accomplishments. I am my own person. I cherish my past I love my moment, and I don’t fear my future.
