I’ve been really sad lately I can’t get things out of my head… I’m starting to see no hope… I know it’s temporary but I’m starting to get thoughts in my head that I’m not worth anything… Saturday is my husband’s birthday so I can’t ruin it for him but idk what to do… I’m starting to feel hopeless
You need to look after yourself first. I know it’s hard when your expected to be there but if you need it seek help. Do you need the crisis numbers so you can talk to someone?
I’m sorry @Twialine.
Do you think letting your pdoc know would help? He or she can recommend some things for you.
In case you need them…please. If your feeling like this it’s important to seek help…
If you are feeling suicidal or having a mental health crisis, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.
You can also call a crisis intervention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries. You do not need to be actively suicidal to benefit from a crisis hotline.
