Whatever you do try not to see them as a deity, that can give them ridiculous control over how stressed you are. I believed mine were the devil a few times and that made me feel like I was in hell. It’s a rough point when the delusions and the hallucinations collide. You’ve got to try to take it as if you’re dreaming. Just because you have a dream in which you’re talking to a god, that’s just your own mind’s perception of what a god is. It’s still made up of the same stuff other dreams are.
I hope you can get free of any self-doubt this is causing you, hopefully you can ride this out. I will send good vibes!
Well, if you want the easiest answer: you aren’t bringing an end to the world and you never will. The world won’t end except by extreme circumstances like a nuclear war or a meteor striking earth and killing all life. People have been predicting the end of the world since language existed. It’s never happened. You are just one human being out of 6 or 7 billion people. You have no means to end the world. You’re not responsible for the world and you have no power to destroy it. It’s a delusion, as you say. Your mind is playing schizophrenic tricks on you. It’s fooling you. Give yourself a break. You’re just a human being with problems like everybody else.
I had to talk someone down off this type of thinking. As much power as one might have to manifest, there is a whole world of people with similar amount of power to create and destroy. You didn’t cause the end of my world, but you might have temporarily ended your world.
Yeah, it’s good to see the funny side of things. Go to YouTube and watch funny videos. It might cheer you up for a few seconds. Watching tiger cubs or lion cubs playing is one of my favorites lately.
Rituals don’t work in the real world dude, it’s all bogus. It’s merely a coincidence that you heard this voice after doing this so called ritual. Remember, you’re a schizophrenic and schizophrenics have delusions, which makes them believe in all kinds of weird shtuff, including paranormal things like what you described
Yes this happend to me the other day the voices told me that I brought the end of the world by smoking a cigarette I know it’s all bogus cuz how can i be the one to do that out of billions of people
No problem dude. By the way, are you on antipsychotics? Trying to not believe your delusions without an AP that works is very very difficult. Have you considered telling your pdoc (if you’re seeing one) the delusions you’re having so that he can either up your dose or switch to a med that works?
This is actually a perfect example of how an unusual beliefs thread should go. Do you feel you’ve beaten your delusion, or do you need more reassurance?
