That would explain my trouble breathing. My x ray and pulse ox came back normal

Trouble breathing is one of my main symptoms of my anxiety. I got a tests done 2 months ago, all came back normal.

I feel much better today but I think Im still having anxiety. I dont want to go the benzo route maybe I will take a visteral

Benzos are great if you dont take them often. 2 to 4 times a month I think is perfectly fine. It becomes a problem if you take them everyday.

Im afraid of them I got hooked on clonazepam 3 or 4 years ago. I just took a visteral hopefully that will calm me down.

I think the visteral worked I took half a tablet and I feel much better
