Are benzos my only good option for anxiety?

I would hate to take those risky things again but the visteral doesnt work very well and my anxiety sucks

I hate to give an answer like this, but this is a question for the pdoc. There are different options for anxiety, and benzos are definitely effective for treating panic attacks, but they also have some drawbacks best discussed with your doctor.

Benzos are great only if they are used ocassionally. Taking it more than once or twice a week isnt good.

I’ve taken mine the past 4 days in a row. Im playing with fire. I dont reccomend it.

I havent taken one today thankfully.

If you take too many what happens?

If you take them daily for long enough, you get physically dependent on them and withdrawal can cause fatal sezuires.

I beat anxiety in the mind game so don’t need benzo’s and it’s a good thing because all my doctors won’t prescribe benzo’s…you have to unplug the fear and hype anxiety brings…once you can divert your mind to a calm place when you get anxiety you beat it…takes practice…don’t give up.
