I talk in the mirror with affirmations

@SkinnyMe I don’t really do affirmations except for personal compliments to myself where I think I’m due…I discuss my inner problems with myself in the mirror mainly…discuss with yourself what’s ailing you…?

I process things pretty well. My mind is flawed but I like people and get feedback from them. I’m aggressively social.

Do you. It’s worth it if it works for you but it’s probably like meditation for me. I don’t do well with it.

We all do our little things to get by and that is great…there’s no manual for sz and that sucks. What we should be doing is having early intervention type things for mental illness. Tell kids in school that here are the signs of mental illness. Here’s when you go to the shrink and help.

Like don’t get me wrong but my education model had religion in it when I went through school…I’d rather have here’s the signs of mental illness. It really is something we need to be doing for those coming through…that we don’t really is a tragedy because we do everything else. My two cents!
