I stopped my meds and I had a meltdown today. Now I have a crisis appointment with pdoc tomorrow. I do not believe I am mentally ill.

Stopping meds is dangerous and its harder to retreat after you stop meds, you will need a higher dose and maybe a stronger antipsychotic.
Why did you stop your meds?
Never a good thing to stop psych meds without doctors help. Please make sure you see your psydoc asap. Don’t miss that appointment and be honest with them about stopping the meds.
Your other thread proves to us that you are sz @Windy. I use to be a bit of a med sceptic, it took me until I had no symptoms anymore to realize that I still needed them. Even if you did not have voices or delusions (which you do by the way) , you would still need meds.

Exactly, not believing in the illness is part of the illness itself my psychiatrist said. Last time I stopped meds I was close to commit a crime, federal police came to my house. I ended up trying suicide and was pretty close to die from intoxication drs told me in the emergency.
Oooof. I sure hope you get back on them before you do damage to yourself.
I tried stopping meds without pdoc knowing many times and it always ended up badly. Several of my hospital stays were due to stopping meds.
