I’m gonna take 25 mg for 4 days, 50 mg for 4 days then 100 mg for a month. Wish me luck

Still vaping !

I’m waiting on a delivery of fish oil. I’ll give it a go for 6 months to see if it improves anything.

Hope it works out for you. An antidepressant is really necessary for me. My depression is deep and solid and worse than psychosis mostly. Took me a long time to find one that worked well for me so hang in there and again…good luck.

I have to keep a close eye so it doesn’t trigger psychosis.

50mg has worked well for me. I don’t think I need it any higher but I have no follow up with the doctor as he left and my useless case worker has not booked another appointment.
