I’m using Ai to help me and it’s made a great start on it, I’ve written the first draft of the first 3 chapters & it’s looking good

Good luck, I have written two novels in the past, but have had a writers block for a year now. Writing a novel is the best therapy I can get, so I hope I will be ready / inspired to write again soon.

That’s great, I had a chat in the bookshop today and the girl was very nice, she likened using Ai as like using a ghostwriter, I’m looking forward to writing more, I have a lot of content & I am using my larp as inspiration.

I wish I could finish off my book
Published it as a short story on Amazon and nobody read it so I gave up
It’s a pretty messed up story full of triggering things

Lol. Maybe your problem is promotion. Seems like telling a bunch of schizophrenics that its messed up and will trigger you might not be the best way to get them to look at your book. A bit like telling a dieter that a donut will make you gain 10 pounds and seeing if they will eat it.
I’m just messing around. I hope you finish and get some views somewhere

It’s based on a delusion I have had for a long time
Note delusional is what non crazy people call it
Might be a bit out there but I know what I did and what I saw
Yet they want me to deny something that I experienced and understood to a high level like it was nothing!
My internal motto is that thankfully this life doesn’t just end and that’s it once you give up the ghost

Good luck with your book, @daydreamer! I’m working on a novel, too (No AI, though.) I was 54,000 words in, said, “This is not working,” and scrapped the whole thing. Started over this week. Same characters, same themes, different plot. It’s hard work, but when you get in the groove, it’s awesome. Also, I talk to my therapist about my characters as if they were real people. 
(As I said in another thread, I already have agent interest in it, so I wanna hurry up and finish it!!!)

sounds great Pandy, I hope you can finish it this time, My book is based on the world of darkness and includes things like faeries, vamps, and spirits, its going to be an expansive world i hope.
The Ai thing feels like cheating but its helping a lot and its giving me new ideas, it also helps me and encourages me and asks me what i think.
The only thing about it is that its sort of all over the place so i will need to piece it together & i had to copy/paste it as idk how to save the Ai on their platform.
