Got a offer in on a house

I ended up having to go to a nearby city to find one.

There are a few issues but, they are things I can deal with.

  1. There is lead paint on the windows that needs to be dealt with.
  2. There is a bad spot in the master bedroom floor.
  3. The water has been off so the water heater may or may not be bad now.
  4. The attic access is farbed up.
  5. The gates and fencing needs work.
  6. The large door (the one the car goes in) on the garage is off the track and probably needs replaced.
  7. There is a bad spot on side of porch

Thats all I can think of atm.

I also plan to sand down, stain and seal the wood floors once the major repairs are finished.

Will be quite the project but it was in my price range and should be a decent house once the its fixed up.

Of course, they havent even accepted the offer yet, so a little premature to make too many plans.

But the offer is in.

@Wave the latest is that they have 2 more days to respond. Thats it. Just waiting to see if they accept the offer.
