I can only take one. It does seem sad to split them.

Awww. I can’t look at adoptable pets on my shelter’s website. I always want to adopt all the cats and it breaks my heart.

I feel ya, Monte. My hubby refuses to take me to the pet store while they have kitties, doggies, bunnies, etc, for adoption. They usually have signs out front that say “Adoption Day!!” or something. Can’t go in on those days, cause I will definitely pressure my hubby to let us bring home a new animal.

“But look at the bunny! He looks so sad. What if nobody adopts him? He’s so cute. He needs a family. That family is US.” He has to convince me to leave the store without the bunny. It’s hard on him. :joy:

I think if you’re going to have one cat, you might as well have two.

It’s when you get more than that it gets out of control.

The two can keep each other company and still be low maintenance.

the complex only allows one

Oh, I understand.

In that case, I wouldn’t separate siblings,

I’d get an grown cat that doesn’t have any tight bonds.
