That if you count on bad things in life you get more of them and if you count on blessings you get more of them
So, we shouldn’t remember bad things?
We should practice gratitude yes and not fuel energy into what’s bad
I mean if we think always about what’s not good in our life it will make them more bad
And if we think about what’s good in our life we will get better life
Have you done the exercise of counting the good things in your life?
Yes I wrote that on my journal in the morning 7-10 blessings
But it’s hard to practice it need commitment
It’s also good to write things you want in life and be if you like specific in detail, doesn’t matter if they are realistic
Isn’t just the same as what they call positive affirmations?
From that side of planet
It’s more of law of attraction
Affirmations are positive statements when you repeat them
And what is the point of affirmations then?
To improve your life quality, be more happy more rich more positive
Sounds the same to me lol
Then all positive psychology is affirmations
