It’s this cute little two bedroom house tucked in the woods but still close to a big city. The crime is low in the area. I would only have one next door neighbor. The views are GORGEOUS. The house is on the cheaper end but they are willing to make quite a lot of repairs. Hoping it passes FHA inspection, the seller seems confident it will after a few repairs. I am very hopeful as it is my dream to live in the woods. I know it comes with set backs though. The bonus is the mortgage would be less than my already extremely low rent!

well yayyy ! that’s legit sounding as ever…I got scammed by nigerians once on a rental they were going to give us the keys but were missionaires in nigeria…we never heard of the popularly known fact nigeria is full of online scams…oh well…it broke us, we gave them 700 dollars wired to nigeria. found out the next day when they said to send another five hundred or no deal we got smart…too late. so good luck on your cool house in the country, will you have access to a pdoc?

Yeah I researched the mortgage company before and it’s very legit tho it feels like a dream! I will have a pdoc but I will have to work fast at getting insurances transferred over since it’s a new state

My mortgage + insurance costs way less than renting in this area too
Just know that you have to pay for taxes, gas, electric, water, upkeep of the house etc etc.
So in the end, it’s about the same.

@Moon look up the house on Zillow…just to price check what they are selling it for…
Yeah Zillow posting was sent to me by realtor along with their own posting. I have a lot of help through this process luckily. My bf is a homeowner
